This page is the up-to-date subprocessor list DealerSense maintains under Section 8.2 of the Data Processing Addendum. It lists every third party engaged to process customer personal data in connection with the DealerSense platform.
Current as of August 23, 2026. DealerSense notifies each customer at least thirty (30) days before engaging a new subprocessor, by email to the customer contact of record and by updating this page. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds within fifteen (15) days of that notice under Section 8.3 of the DPA.
Subprocessors
Each subprocessor below is engaged under a written contract requiring protections at least as protective as those DealerSense owes its customers. DealerSense remains responsible to the customer for each subprocessor's performance.

All processing takes place in the United States. See Annex A.8 of the Data Processing Addendum for processing locations.
Artificial intelligence providers
DealerSense uses Anthropic's Claude for internal software development, engineering troubleshooting, and processing of DealerSense's own accounts payable.
No customer personal data is transmitted to Anthropic or to any other third-party artificial intelligence or model provider. Anthropic is accordingly not a subprocessor under the DPA. The controls that keep this true are described in Annex B.16 of the Data Processing Addendum. DealerSense will update this page and notify customers under Section 8.3 before any change to this arrangement.
Public website vendors
The following providers support dlrsense.com only. They do not process customer personal data from the DealerSense platform and are not subprocessors under the DPA. See our Privacy policy for how website visitor information is handled.
